karlsruhe, mon amour
this is part of my intermediate diploma on the subject of love. it started with the question: where in life does love occur outside of interpersonal relationships? love for an object rarely comes close, but love for a place can easily last a lifetime. the most important place is often the one you only really learn to appreciate once you leave it. fueled by my newly discovered longing for my home town, i decided to dedicate this book to it. it contains an illustrated collection of my favourite places in the city, accompanied by a short informational text and a personal note.
